Download and complete the requisition form (or place order via the online portal). Please note, all tests must be ordered by a physician or other authorized health care provider. We do not offer direct to consumer testing.
Print the consent form, review this form with the patient and obtain their signature
Collect patient sample (Please refer to test page for sample type, collection, stability and turnaround time)
Label tubes with 2 patient identifiers
Contact our team and we will arrange sample pick up (email genomics@ajch.ae)
Send the sample with the signed consent form and requisition form (if applicable)
Sample status can be tracked via the online portal.
Results will be uploaded to the online portal and communicated via email
